"So many people are excited to come home to their beloved town of Barili, they've been calling and making reservations for their reunions, to visit relatives, and visit their birthplace!"
" They thank me so much and I’m so proud I could do this for our family, friends, and community! The very first in history! I'm so happy that I can at least make this venture happen in my home town because our small hospital(husband Dr. Gualbert Arcay and I) did not make a permanent stamp due to we had moved and immigrated to here in USA, that’s my regrets but I return to claim and reborn!!!!
We were the ones who build the first primary accredited hospital in Barili but it only lasted 10 years because the town was small and people don’t have insurances except for the Teachers who used their Medicare. So, we didn’t make money and
we left to immigrate here to the United States. We could have just have patience but we were young with young and had children of 5. I worry they will end up like me when I was growing up with no money, so I guess I can’t regret so much , it is what it is and I’m here to rebirth a dream because I really love my hometown. It’s where my first address engraved deep into my heart.!!!!
Barili, the place where I was trained how to work hard, my humble beginnings, my birthplace, and every time I left from my vacation there my heart always sings, I left my heart in Barili.
Now, Hotel Felomina, named after my beloved mother, is the new love of my life.
Each building having its own special name, the Administration building is named after my Father, Norberto, the Function room is named Josefina and the main building, the hotel, is Felomina. I'm so happy to share this with all of my children and grandchildren for many years to come!"
